Meet Harold, a one and a half year old male, short haired gray tabby cat.
At the age of 1 year, Harold made a decision to change his lifestyle. He started out as a feral kitty who was included in a neuter and release program for feral cats.
Very quickly after though, Harold made it clear that he loved being cared for by humans and did not want to go back into the wild. He is looking for a forever home where he can stay safely indoors and enjoy family life.
Harold is the furthest thing from a wild cat that you can imagine. He is outgoing and friendly and comes to greet you. He purrs loudly when you pet his head and scratch his chin. Harold gets along well with other cats and with dogs.
Harold’s left ear is cropped as a reminder of the life he gave up to find human love. It gives him a somewhat rakish air, don’t you think? Will your family be the one to give Harold his chance to put his “wild life” behind him?
