Charlie is a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound Mix that Second Chance rescued from a county shelter last month.
His legs might be short, but this sweet guy is down for long walks! In fact, whether you’re taking him for a walk or a car ride, he’ll be thrilled either way, because he’s all about hanging out with his people.
Charlie makes it easy to have him around, too, because he’s potty-trained, he would do just fine in a home with cats or dogs, and he’s got all the basic commands down and is very obedient. In fact, anyone with a treat will have his full attention for training – and will be his best friend – as Charlie has never said no to a tasty bite!
If you’re looking for a good boy, look no further – Charlie is the perfect companion to spend your days with.
When Charlie is available for adoption, you’ll be able to read all about him and apply to adopt him at www.secondchancenc.org, so keep your eyes peeled!
