Looking for fun ways to get in shape, without committing to a class or a gym? Get your Fit On with North Hills’ Wellness Wednesdays Series.
Each week they’ll feature a different FREE fitness opportunity on the lawn at Midtown Park. The class runs from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Today’s class is from CycleBar.
Get there early to sign up – there are two sessions for this event. 47 bikes per session.
First session: Sign Up at 6pm. Class Time 6:15pm – 6:50pm
Second Session: Sign Up at 6:30pm. Class Time: 7pm – 7:35pm.
CycleBar is fun and accessible indoor cycling for riders of all ages and fitness level. Each ride is fueled with amazing music, energy-enhancing video graphics and rider-specific performance data in a state-of-the-art CycleTheatre. Check them out at their North Hills location.
