So I’m buying a condo.

I didn’t really know I was even in the market, but it just kind of happened almost like one of those impulse buys at the checkout of the supermarket because the Tabloid headline or picture grabbed your attention except this cost a whole lot more.

Now it needs work since it was built in 1974, truly a diamond in the rough, but the coolest thing about it, it has a working radio built into the kitchen. I’d like to say that it was the only thing that sold me on it but the rest of it’s pretty awesome too.

Since I found this retro gem dwelling. I might as well go with that flow and turn it into Doug’s groovy 70s pad!
