October is Adopt a Shelter Dog month, so let us introduce you to Hazel Fia, a 3-year-old Jack Russell terrier mix who’s looking for a forever home!

Hazel is a sweet, shy, and petite couch potato, weighing in at just under 30 pounds.

Because she can be a little timid, she’s not a big fan of kids or even other dogs that get into her space.

She’s looking for a quiet home with owners who’d be happy to adopt a potty-trained, crate-trained, well-mannered girl.

Hazel doesn’t chew or scratch anything, and if you need her to learn anything new, she’s treat-motivated enough to pick up on things quickly.

Hazel is happy to binge-watch your favorite show–especially if it turns into a nap on the couch.

Her legs may be short, but she likes her walks long, so you’ll get the best of both worlds with this gal.
